I loved this property - luxury hotel.
I was happy with hotel's unbeatable and best possible location close to everything. Location: the venue was just off the plaza below as well as the Matsuhisa restaurant that's located inside the property. Vail Village district was worth staying in.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, right in the heart of the village and within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. According to one guest, the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful in suggesting places to visit. Another reviewer mentioned the quick access to the ski slopes, although it is worth noting that the ski valet service is not located at Golden Peak. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with top-notch amenities such as floor-to-ceiling windows and a marble-accented bathroom with a rain shower.
One reviewer mentioned that the staff at the hotel was aloof and snobbish at times.

We were provided with a personal concierge who helped us make dinner and lunch reservations, as well as suggesting fun activities in the area. The property had a beautiful mountain side, giving us the perfect backdrop for our stay.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to par.

The rooms were absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains. The elegant decor and spaciousness made for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the personal assistant program was a great convenience, as they helped with transportation and dinner reservations. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and shopping.
The noise level was a bit high, especially being on the second floor. It was a bit disruptive to hear all the trucks and conversations happening outside.

The location of this luxury lodging is unbeatable, with easy access to the gondola and stunning views of the mountains. The room was well-appointed with modern amenities, including a rainforest shower and state-of-the-art lighting controls. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service and even a personalized concierge. The on-site facilities, such as the upscale dining options and entertainment options, made for a truly enjoyable stay.
The housekeeping service could be improved, as they tended to arrive later in the afternoon when guests were back from their activities.

This hotel provided us with a gift package of snacks and a fireplace already burning, making our stay even more cozy and welcoming. The location is unprecedented, allowing us to enjoy great snow and a unique setting unlike any place we've stayed in before. The room was well-appointed with high-end appliances and amenities, and the bathroom was luxurious and fully stocked with Aveda products. The staff provided excellent service, anticipating all of our needs and attending to them promptly. The facilities, such as the pool, bowling alley, and movie theater, were an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only downside was that the breakfast options were limited and not as diverse as we had hoped for.

We enjoyed the convenience of having multiple restaurants within walking distance, offering a variety of dining options to suit our tastes.
We were hoping for a more attentive and friendly experience during our romantic getaway. Additionally, the housekeeping service was not up to par, as we noticed some cleanliness issues in our room.
